5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Document Preparation: Full refund available if you cancel before we begin preparing your documents
• After Document Delivery: No refunds once documents have been prepared and delivered to you
• Application Denials: No refunds for applications denied by government agencies, as this is outside our control
• Processing Delays: No refunds for government processing delays, as we do not control government timelines

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

6. No Guarantees

We explicitly make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific processing times or expedited handling

• Changes to government requirements or procedures

Application approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government agency. We provide preparation assistance only and have no influence over government decisions.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
